Relationship breakdown  – We understand that this can be a difficult and distressing time for clients who are likely to be facing emotional and financial difficulties. Domestic violence – All our family solicitors are experienced in advising on and obtaining immediate court injunctions for the protection of clients who are at risk of domestic violence and all other related issues such as protecting your home and children. Again, we offer same-day emergency appointments to those in need of immediate protection from domestic violence.

Many of our solicitors are members of one or more of the Law Society’s specialist panels for example the Family Law Panel and the Children Panel which is your assurance that our work is of the highest standard.

Funding–The Governments legal aid budgets have been reduced in recent years. Legal Aid is no longer available for Relationship breakdowns. There is still limited legal aid available for Domestic violence injunctions depending on the circumstances of the case. We will always advise you as to your eligibility for legal aid and we will help you with your application. If in your particular circumstances legal aid is not available, we offer competitive rates should you wish to instruct us privately. We also operate an initial fixed fee interview scheme to provide 30 minutes of legal advice.
