PRIVATE MOTORING CASES
It is more difficult to get Legal Aid for some driving offences and we can represent clients who pay privately for those offences.
Below is a range of fees for the most frequent offences. These will cover consultation and preparation before your court appearance, representation at court and advice before and after your hearings. There may be other factors which mean we will need to go outside the range, for example if there are extra hearings or if we have to instruct an expert to prepare a report. We will charge VAT on our fees. We can provide a tailored quote for other offences not listed here.
Speeding/Totting up (exceptional hardship cases) – guilty plea – £750 to £1,500
Drink or Drug Driving or Failing to Provide a Specimen – guilty plea -£750 to £1,250
Drink or Drug driving or Failing to Provide a Specimen – trial – £1,750 to £5,000
Miscellaneous Driving Offences – £750 to £5,000
